A Shipping and Processing fee is charged for all Simple Snap warranty replacements.
This fee is variable based on the model and covers the cost of shipping for the replacement.

A scanned or digital copy of a receipt or invoice is a valid form of Proof of Purchase for your warranty claim.
The receipt or invoice should be from the authorized reseller and should have the purchase date, your name, the name of reseller, product name or UPC and the price clearly visible.
If we are not able to confirm these fields, your warranty claim will be denied.
